Crew Portfolios

 Amy Kolling

Hi everyone!  My name is Amy Kolling.  I am a full-time dialysis RN, wife, and mom.  We stay pretty busy with kids activites but I wouldn't change it for anything!  Cardmaking is my hobby and most often it's done after the kids are in bed for the night......yes, I'm a late night crafter most of the time!  When I received the invite from Stacey, the answer was an immediate YES!  I've been a fan of this challenge from the beginning and always wondered how I could join this group!  I am so excited to be joining the Curtain Call Challenge!

Amy Sheffer

Hi! My name is Amy Sheffer.  I live in Virginia on the far outskirts of Washington, DC, with my husband, three children, and two pets. I am blessed to be a stay-at-home mom. My paper crafting journey began at a scrapbook workshop in the late '90s. A few years later, I discovered stamping and card making, and was hooked immediately! I spent a few years being a Stampin' Up demo and enjoyed it quite a bit, but I think I really found my niche when I stopped creating for classes and workshops and started creating just for fun. Over the years, I've enjoyed being part of the online card making community, as well as designing for some really awesome stamp companies, stores, challenges, and publications. When I'm not stamping or busy being a mom, I also enjoy volunteering for my kids' schools and activities, photography, DIY home decor, adn reading. I'm thrilled to be joining the Curtain Call crew!

Amy Tsuruta

Hi! I am a Canadian living in the lovely state of Washington. I'm a mom to 2 fabulous kids and I'm engaged to the most wonderful man! He fully supports my crafting and since his hobby is building an airplane, buying a $6 pad of paper is nothing compared to his shopping list!

I've been crafting forever but signed up for a scapbooking company in 2001, things changed quickly when I was introduced to Stampin' Up in 2002.   I started a gallery at Splitcoast Stampers in 2005 and my blog in 2007.  I'm a challenge junkie that loves to use colors & patterns in my projects. So excited to be part of Curtain Call!

Kim Singdahlsen

I live in Parker, Colorado with my husband, two teen boys, a dog and two cats.  I am a former actuary (the mathematics of insurance) who has had the gift of being able to stay home and raise my boys for the last fourteen years. I am currently in school to add an accounting degree to my credentials so I can move back into an outside career.  Being surrounded by men at home and by numbers at school and work, is it any wonder that I am passionately in love with creating cards - a rainbow of colors, glitter, ribbon and stamps - and a wonderful online community?  I am so excited to be part of this new production at Curtain Call and to be surrounded by an amazing group of talented ladies.

Laurie Willison

Hi! My name is Laurie Willison. I am a part-time RN, part-time SAHM. I am married to a Kansas farm boy and we have 2 little ones at home.

I started scrapbooking in 1998 and it turned into a stamping hobby in 2007. I said I would never buy a stamp and have since eaten those words! :)  I have been blessed to meet so many craft friends through this hobby, which is my most favorite pat. I have been honored to be on some challenge teams and some design teams over the course of my 6 years blogging. Curtain Call was one of my favorites when I started card making so I am thrilled to be part of this team!

Lisa Henke, Stage Manager

I'm Lisa Henke. I grew up in Michigan and followed my hubby (then boyfriend) back to his hometown of Cincinnati, OH 15 years ago. I've been married to Tim for 13 years now and we have three beautiful, smart, crazy, athletic, wild boys. Yep, I'm a boy mom! It's rarely quiet around here and if there isn't a ball being kicked, thrown, or bounced then I better be worried. lol! I've been blessed to be able to stay home with my guys while they were babes and this year is the first time I have all three in full day school together (1st, 4th, and 6th grades). Last year, I did start a little part time job as a Pre-school aid, so I get out two mornings a week to earn a little "fun" money and hang with little people. When I'm not working, driving to a practice, cooking, or cleaning, you'll find me down in my craft room re-charging my sanity and getting my girly fix. I ♥ stamping! I've been stamping for what seems like forever now...11+ years. It was love at first stamp! I have had the privilege to work with some pretty fantastic companies and I"m super excited to begin working with the super talented crew from Curtain Call.

Marisa Ritzen

I am a SAHM who runs a before and after school daycare in my home, and I also work for my husband's company. I have two amazing children and a husband who appreciates my need for "me time".

I was introduced to stamping ten years ago through a Stampin' Up! demonstrator whose daughter was in the same preschool class as my daughter.  Three years later, I discovered Splitcoast Stampers and my stamping hobby/addiction took off with a vengeance. Nothing gives me more joy than to be able to create a hand-crafted card to give away as well as being able to meet so many wonderful stampers around the world!

Best of all, I have come full circle!  I was part of the original Curtain Call Colour Challenge Crew and am totally excited to have been invited back to be a member of Stacey's new vision for the Curtain Call.

Melody Rupple
Blog: A Paper Melody

My name is Melody Rupple. I have always been crafty. I learned to sew when I was in my teens, made proms dresses, and went on to sew for my girls. I still have the simple scrapbooks I made in high school. I started making family scrapbooks when my children were young. I discovered card making about seven years, opening a whole new world of blogging, challenges, and on-line shopping!

I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to design for a number of wonderful stamp companies. I enjoy guest designing and playing along with card making and scrapbook challenges.

Maureen Plut

I am a St. Patrick's day baby, the youngest of 6 children and live in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada. When I'm not in the studio indulging in my passion for making cards, I'm a Grade One/Two elementary teacher to joyful, energetic 6 and 7 year olds, new wife to Tony, and proud mom to Jake who just graduated from university with his Civil Engineering Degree. I started making cards when I was 10! Then, in the 1990's, when the most fancy thing you could do on a card was stamp and heat emboss, I started making them again. In 2003, I was introduced to Stampin' Up products and in 2008, a friend told me about "card blogs". And the rest is history! In December 2010, I was a Guest Designer for the original Curtain Call Colour Challenge and am thrilled to be back as a regular Design Team Member!

Monika Davis

I live in beautiful New Hampshire with my two boys and supportive hubby. I am a SAHM. I was born and raised in Hungary, but have been living in the US for 17 years. I've been stamping on and off for about 13 years. It's my passion, my hobby, and my lifestyle! Through crafting I've made so many wonderful friends. It is a wonderful community with so much love and positive energy. I've been on a number of Design and Challenge teams, and have been published in a number of magazines. I am so honored to be back on the Curtain Call Design Team!

Sarah Gough

Hi there! I live in gorgeous Wellington, New Zealand - not next door to a hobbit in case you were wondering! I'm a SAHM (stamp at home mama) to a gorgeous 18 month old, Jackson and I'm married to my handsome high school sweetheart Shanan.

I started my stamping journey as a SU demo but quickly found the wide world of spectacular stamping supplies! I've been fortunate to design for some of my favourite companies and I'm THRILLED to be joining this amazing group of stampers at the Curtain Call Challenge! I'm looking forward to being inspired by them!

Sheri Gilson

Hello! My name is Sheri Gilson and I'm SUPER excited to be joining the Curtain Call Inspiration Crew! I live in Northern California with my husband of almost 20 years, our 14 year old son, and am currently a SAHM who loves to create.

I was first introduced to stamping just before the birth of my son by my Mom and close friend who were totally obsessed with it (at the time I couldn't figure out why...LOL). I immediately fell in love with card making and now have an entire room dedicated to it to prove it. In the very beginning I attended monthly Stampin' Up workshops and then was introduced to Splitcoaststampers in 2006. In 2012, I had the honor of being asked to join the Dirty Dozen design team over at Splitcoaststampers. I've also been very lucky to be part of numerous design and challenge teams as this has become a true passion of mine. I would like to thank Stacey and Kim for the wonderful opportunity...I can't wait to get started with this AMAZING design team!!

Stacey Schafer, Director
Blog: Stacey's Stamping Stage

I'm a wife, mom of three, and special education teacher living in rural Illinois...who LOVES to get lost in my craft cave! My passion for paper-crafting all started when my first baby was born in 2000 and I delved into scrapbooking. From there, I attended my first Stampin' Up! party and was instantly hooked with the art of card and gift-making. After being an SU! demonstrator, and starting a blog, I soon fell in love with the paper-crafting community and continue to participate in many challenges.  With the help of a SUPER-TALENTED crew, I am thrilled to share the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge with you all!

I taught computer science and Special Education in high school for nearly 17 years when I had to leave my job because I was no longer able to manage my MS along with working.
